Project Description

Construction & Rehab of office & retail space: Located in the heart of Grand Rapids’ entertainment district, Blue35 is an innovative space designed to foster collaboration, inspiration, and results. The neighborhood is in close proximity to Grid 70, in a highly walkable and features nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and other downtown businesses. Blue35 is home to companies large and small, from solopreneurs in the coworking space to tenants who’s offices feature full-floor build-outs.
