Construction of a new 55,765sf practice, performance and outreach facility for the Cincinnati Ballet in the Walnut Hills neighborhood. The facility will host a 3,000sf community event space and a 2,000sf physical therapy annex in partnership with Mercy Health that will be open to the public.
