Project Description

Colclasure Enterprises, LLC Colclasure utilized $12MM of to acquire and construct a 40,000 sq. ft. extruded drainage pipe, fittings and accessories manufacturing facility in Selma, AL the project. the project allowed Colclasure to mitigate the company’s operational challenges involving transportation of products, meeting the demand of the Southeastern Region customer base.Additionally, the NMTC subsidy freed up cash needed to subsidize high construction costs, limited ability to utilize third-party debt, and create quality jobs in a low-income community.
