Rehabilitation and expansion of halfway house: With the help of a $1.65 million infusion of New Markets Tax Credits supported financing from IFF, the agency expanded from 56 beds to 75 beds as well as achieve its long-time vision to bring housing and administrative functions under one roof. What’s more, the new facility has additional space for expanded services already under Board consideration.
