Project Description

CP Kelco is a nature-based ingredient company that produces KELCOGEL® Gellan Gum, an innovative clean label ingredient (100% natural, no additives, no preservatives), which is sourced from naturally occurring lily pads and fermented with sugar and water. After fermentation, it is dried and milled into powder and used in a variety of food, beverage & personal care applications.
