NMTC financing will support the construction of a 75k sq. ft. wood mill manufacturing facility with nearly 7k sq. ft. of additional canopy cover located in Wimberley, TX.The new facility will significantly advance Delta Millworks’ capability to triple capacity meeting market demands for its sustainable wood products, to add new production capabilities/product lines, and to reduce logistics expenses.Delta is committed to offering high quality, long lived wood products through its cutting-edge wood modification technologies all while focusing on wood supply types that are sustainable.
