Project Description

The development of a new 49,000 sq. ft. community health center to expand healthcare and services to people living with HIV/AIDS and people experiencing homelessness. The Project includes a 44,000 sq. ft. FQHC, a 3,000 sq. ft. Healthcare Training Center, and a 2,000 sq. ft. pharmacy. The Project serves 10,200 patients per year (of which 5,000 is new patients served) and allows El Rio to expand its patient-centered model of care to provide primary healthcare, dental care, mental healthcare, substance use treatment, and other wrap around services.
