The $25.4MM total project costs support the expansion of Family Health Services of Darke County’s 53,000-sf main health center in Greenville, Ohio. The expanded site will focus on women and infant children general healthcare, mental and behavioral health services, in house pharmacy with a drive thru, and home health services. The Project will also support FHS’ Family Medicine Residency Program. The Project will allow Family Health Services of Darke County to serve over 30,000 unique individuals a year, with approximately 25% of them being low income. Family Health Services was supported by Dayton Region New Market Fund and Chase New Markets Corporation.
