Project Description

The redevelopment of a historic theatre that will consist of restoring the 44,000 sq. ft. 750 seat theatre and the attached West Wing that houses back of the house space including dressing rooms, rehearsal space, and administrative offices. Due to significant deferred maintenance by its former owners, the theatre requires renovation and upgrades to safety have allowed the facility to successfully provide world-class theatre performances and educational programs to the community.
