Project Description

NMTC financing supported the construction of an R&D laboratory and research center. The new facility includes wet/dry labs, office space, and other research amenities. It houses Old Dominion University’s Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics. The Center for Bioelectrics is engaged in conducting cross-cutting ultra-short high voltage pulse and cold plasma research.
