The La Plaza Esperanza project, is the new construction of an 18,000 sq. ft. community center. The project is located in the poorest area of Multnomah County, the Rockwood neighborhood. The project will allow Latino Network to expand its reach including expanded culturally-specific early learning programs with a new preschool, expanded program hub for youth and families offering wraparound support services, youth development, academic support with a new drop-in center, and new flexible, multi-purpose spaces for events and the delivery of community wide programs focused on mental health and wellness, digital literacy, and financial stability.
