Project Description

NMTC financing helped a Toledo-based nonprofit relocate its corporate headquarters to Kettering after wrapping up a $12 million project that more than triples the size of its local footprint. 

Life Connection of Ohio, an organization that coordinates organ, eye and tissue donation in 25 counties spanning northwest and west central Ohio, will broke ground in 2021 on a 30,000-square-foot office building at the Miami Valley Research Park.
