Project Description

Located on City land, the construction of the Morrier Hotel is expected to help revitalize the City’s downtown by attracting tourists and new customers to nearby businesses. This modern hotel with meeting facilities is the first hotel development in the area within the last 25 years. Several local small businesses located on the ground floor of the hotel were offered reduced rents. In addition to NDC’s NMTC investment, the hotel received a loan through the City of Yakima to make the 86,100 sq. ft. deal a reality.
