Project Description

The project is purchase of equipment for Palermos new hot press bakery process that produces pizza crusts. Palermoos’ current bakeries do not have the capability or capacity to support the required items of their current and future sales plan. Palermos currently purchases crusts from outside vendors which appears to be limiting the company’s ability to increase sales. Project Palermos now has the ability to produce an estimated 50 million crusts annually, eliminating the need to purchase crusts from other vendors.
