Richards-Wilcox, Inc. the or RWI is requesting a $10 million of NMTC from FirstPathway Community Development FPCD for the rehabilitation and the purchase and installation of equipment to upgrade and expand a hardware, storage solutions, and conveyor systems manufacturing facility the project.The total project cost is approximately $10 million.RWI intends to create and retain 127 full-time jobs over the seven year compliance period, 94 of which are anticipated to be accessible to individuals with a high school diploma or less.Employees are expected to earn an average of $29.61/hr and are accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.Additionally, 72 production positions are unionized and accessible to individuals with only a high school diploma.
