Project Description

Due to an expanded contract with Nike, a 40-year customer, Robinson Manufacturing needed to expand their current distribution center. The expansion consisted of a 42,175 sq. ft. addition on the front of the existing building and a 41,750 sq. ft. addition to the back of the building. The front building contains a 3-4 floor mezzanine structure for bin picking and packing. The back building is for receiving and a new, rack storage structure for case storage. NMTC financing was also be used to purchase equipment for the new structures.
