Project Description

The NMTC allocation will assist with the construction of the new 42,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Ryan Marshall Performing Arts Center, which expanded the existing school building both for student activities as well as for RCA’s teacher training programs. As a result, the school will be able to serve an additional 30 students annually and train an additional 2,500 teachers annually, increases which helps make the school 100 percent financially sustainable as well as subsidize tuition for students from households earning less than $30,000 annually. The $23 million expansion will also create seven new full-time positions.
