Project Description

The $10.MM project funds the acquisition and renovation of a 56,186-sf building in Ashtabula, OH, for Signature Health to provide mental health, addiction, primary care, and pharmacy services. Previously serving 6,200 patients, the expansion will allow for 50 new hires and an additional 4,000 patients.
