Signature Solar is using the to support expansion of their operations in Sulphur Springs, TX, including solar energy equipment sales, distribution and manufacturing.According to Signature Solar, the project is necessary to enhance operational capabilities, create significant economic and community impacts, and promote the widespread adoption of renewable energy.The overall goal of the Signature Solar is to improve access to affordable solar energy and equipment for all. the project creates 43 and retains 195 FTEs, of which 90% of the jobs are quality and 96% are accessible.

Located in rural Sulphur Springs, TX, Signature Solar S2’s goal is to make solar accessible and affordable.S2 often sells solar kits direct to consumers.The solar kits include all the components a consumer would need to install solar at their residence panels, inverter, batteries, etc.Since 2020, S2 has sold to over 75,000 customers, directly supporting substantial increases in distributed solar across the US, particularly in rural areas.S2 is a large and rapidly growing employer in Non-Metro Hopkins County.S2 sought NMTC capital to support their rapid growth, increase inventory and install rooftop solar at their headquarters.
