Somerset Academy South Miami, SoMi, is a free, public charter school that opened its doors during the 2009-2010 school year. The school has a staff of highly qualified teachers and administrators that are State certified, experienced, and dedicated professionals whose highest priority is to maximize the potential of every child. Our staff is committed to awakening every student’s natural curiosity, develop and foster a love for learning, build on strengths, prepare them to meet challenges, and inspire them to excel.
