COMMUNITY IMPACT

GWOF New Markets Tax Credits were used to expand the St. Croix Chippewa Tribe judicial building in Webster. The new judicial center increases space for a new domestic violence office, additional space for drug abuse programs and more private court rooms. WHEDA’s involvement was only one piece of a much larger project. The other aspects of the development included a 850 seat amphitheater, a grocery store, gas station and fast food restaurant, car wash and a recreational vehicle park.
