Project Description

The King Lincoln Gateway Building is located in the historic King Lincoln district of downtown Columbus, Ohio, directly across the street from the newly renovated historic King Lincoln Theatre. Immediately adjacent to I-71, the building is also easily accessible to I-70 and I-670 with quick access to downtown, Short North and Arena District restaurants and retail. This three-story, 56,000 sq. ft. office building has a classical design, featuring a brick and glass facade, befitting the historic district of it’s residence.
