Project Description

The NMTC-financed the remodeling of a building to fit the needs of an outpatient facility whose mission is “to support and assist individuals who are experiencing distress in their lives and assist people to recover from substance abuse disorders.” The facility expects to have 13,000 visits annually in the epicenter of Ohio’s opiiod epidemic.

Construction of the new Marcus Thomas headquarters enabled the privately owned local marketing firm to stay in the existing community and expand its workforce.
