Our community and location of our building was the center of the George Floyd Riots. Most of the buildings were destroyed or damaged. The buildings that are left damaged are attracting crime and vandalism. The NMTC allows a small business like us to put money back in by improving the building. We are working on the outside of the building, painting, parking lot, etc to make it look nice again so the neighborhood can feel that the businesses care about them and the community that they live in and will want to work in.
