Community Testimonials

Since 2020, our organization has financed two successful NMTC projects in disinvested communities in Kentucky and Pennsylvania. Neither of these projects, which together created over 100 jobs and dramatically improved the local economy, would not have been feasible were it not for the equity from NMTCs. New Markets Tax Credits are a win-win for the communities they serve and for the investors. It is a successful program that can only get better.
