Community Testimonials

The NMTC has allowed the Texas Mezzanine Fund to assist in financing significant business development and job creation within the State of Texas through receiving $468 million in allocation in eleven awards. In addition, fees earned through the NMTC program has greatly assisted in TMF’s organic growth of its CDFI loan fund which has assisted in providing financing to for-profit and non-profit entities, including affordable housing development. A permanent NMTC program would greatly expand and assist in continuing our economic development finance efforts in the State of Texas.
