Through NMTC, we were able to create 55 jobs in a disinvested community for low to moderate income families. This effort served as a catalyst for continued additional investments in the community including $10MM is a dance studio, $18MM in the Community Center, and $34MM is a 219-unit affordable housing complex. The invests are continuing and the neighborhood is being transformed.
