NMTCs are a critical subsidy for public charter school projects in low-to-middle-income communities across the United States. As a 501c3 lender and developer for public charter schools in such communities, NMTC are a core business line at our organization, enabling school leaders to realize their facilities projects and ultimately positively impact thousands of K-12 students across the nation.
