In utilizing a NMTC Loan, we were able to purchase a building in a targeted development zone to bring investment and jobs to the north side of Minneapolis. We use the proceeds of the loan to improve the existing structure and systems. With this investment, we have committed to staying in an underserved neighborhood and create jobs and a stronger tax base for the city. Without the NMTC program, we would not been able to afford to purchase the building for our business.
