Project Description

New construction of a 40,000 sq. ft. 1-story advanced warehouse facility with a 3-story 30,000 sq. ft. of office space for an office and biomedical supply company. The parcel being purchased part of a Keystone Opportunity Zone and will receive all Keystone Opportunity Zone benefits, including reduced property, use, wage and sales tax benefits. The new facility will expand its current operations, truck loading docks and commercial product distribution and allow SUPRA to become a major player in the medical biological storage and transportation industry. The new facility will include state-of-the-art ultra-low temperature freezers, laboratory refrigerators, cryopreservation systems, wireless monitoring, vaccine cold storage solutions and cold sample preparation. SUPRA’s project will involve the creation a cryopreservation facility in Philadelphia with local, biological transport services to serve client research in Immunology, on-site lab space to allow for Genomic Testing, Oncology, Antibodies, Antigens, Cell Media, Cell Stakes, Cryotherapy, and other emerging research.
