39 Rainbow taps the commerical potential of one of the region’s largest and fasted growing campuses, the Univesity of Kansas – Kansas City. Located across the street from the University of Kansas Medical Center, the project features urban-style design with retail and residential components, and an 83-room Holiday Inn Express. The first floor of the development features approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of new retail and restaurant space to serve traffic from the Hospital, Medical Center, the immediate neighborhood, and busy thoroughfares, such as Interstate 35.
