Project Description

The Anna Julia Cooper Episcopal School (AJCES) is the only tuition-free private school serving elementary and middle school students in the East End of Richmond. The project expands AJCES with a new building and gymnasium on a site adjacent to its existing school building. This will expand the campus from 20,000 sq. ft. to 53,000 SF. The expansion will enable AJCES to includes grades K-3, bringing the entire student population to 220 from grades K-8.
