Project Description

Construction of a 66,000 sq. ft. medical office complex to include Oncology, ENT, Rheumatology, Orthopedics and expansion space in rural Lillington, NC. Harnett Health, in conjunction with its affiliate Cape Fear Valley Health has a strong internal training and development program. Additionally, they have invested $67,600 in grants to assist current employees working to meet pre-requisites to attend nursing school at these colleges, and $118,000 in tuition reimbursement to employees seeking to improve their education and opportunities. The hospital offers Full Time Employees $750-$1,250 and PT Employees $375-$625 annually for continuing education tuition reimbursement.
