Florida Community Loan Fund provided $17 million in NMTC financing for Community Health Centers of Pinellas to build 2 new and renovate 2 existing health clinics. The 4 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in this transaction includes 64,500 sq. ft. of new construction or renovation and will reach an additional 17,050 patients annually with an array of services including family and pediatric medicine, OB/GYN, dental, pharmacy, mental health and substance abuse, chiropractic, nutrition, podiatry, case management, and healthcare enrollment assistance. The focus of Community Health Centers of Pinellas is on affordable, primary healthcare regardless of income or insurance status.
