Project Description

NMTC financing supported the acquisition and rehabilitation of commercial real estate in support of a new Life Enrichment Center. The tenant, Darke Career and Life Enrichment Center, provides services for individuals with disabilities. The organization estimates that they provide 3,520 services annually to clients with disabilities from the Darke County area.

The project repurposed the Early Bird Newspaper building in Greenville.
