Project Description

The Civic San Diego Economic Growth and Neighborhood Investment Fund provided a $23 million NMTC investment to help bridge a funding gap for the construction of the new approximately 44,000 sq. ft., two-story ADA-compliant expanded Jackie Robinson Family YMCA. The new facility opened in October 2017. It includes a gymnasium, wellness center; community multipurpose room, teen center; childcare center and playground, three group exercise and mind and body studios, and other amenities.
