Project Description

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is using the $15 million New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation to continue to provide and also expand its services at the Palomino location. The project allows NOAH to serve more individuals by expanding the provision of medical, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, psychiatric and community resource services, in addition to adding a pharmacy at the property.
