Project Description

The project is rehabilitation of the former Oscar Mayer headquarters and food processing plant into a multi-tenant light industrial and business facility, named “OM Station”. The infrastructure investment will focus on refurbishing three buildings at the plant, converting a 58,000 sq. ft. building to a mixed-use retail building, a 270,000 sq. ft. building for office space tenants, and 100,000 sq. ft. building for a manufacturing or cold storage user. Overall, the Project is expected to attract quality and accessible jobs in a distressed community. Furthermore, the property is located in an area targeted for redevelopment by the State of Wisconsin.
