Project Description

New five-story mixed-use transit-oriented building featuring 40 affordable apartment residences, 27,000 sq. ft. of office space and 4,577 sq. ft. of retail. Apartments will include 9 one-bedrooms, 21 two-bedrooms, and 10 three-bedrooms. 32 apartments will be reserved for households earning up to 60% of area median income (AMI), three apartments will be reserved for households earning up to 30% of AMI and five will be reserved for households earning under 30% of AMI. Office space will be occupied by Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership. The Parcel 25 Phase 1A building is located directly across from the Roxbury Crossing MBTA Orange Line station a short train ride to Downtown Boston. Completion of the building is expected in Fall 2017.
