Project Description

Since its founding in 1896 as PUBCO Carbon and Ink, PUBCO has been helping businesses put ink on paper. Now a label manufacturing firm, PUBCO has a tradition and reputation of a commitment to customer service, internal quality control and continuous improvement. PUBCO is proposing to expand its manufacturing operations and capacity at its industrial campus in inner-city Cleveland by purchasing and installing new state-of-the-art equipment and to initiate the new liner-less label market in North America. The new equipment will create at least 50 new jobs, adding to the existing 173 full time jobs at Kroy. Kroy has a strong record of hiring and training the less fortunate including homeless people, refugees, formerly incarcerated and veterans.
