Project Description

NMTC financing helped a manufacturer of LEED Certified building products and window materials expand. Before this project, the company had been making prototype windows manually at a rate of about 2,000 sq. ft. per month. The $10 million automated manufacturing line will enable production to increase to 500,000 sq. ft. per month per shift.
