Project Description

University Enterprise Laboratories (UEL) is a business incubator for early-stage ventures in biotechnology and life sciences. It received NMTC financing from University Financial Corp.

It is uniquely positioned between Minneapolis and St. Paul, close to the University of Minnesota, in the growing Towerside Innovation District. UEL features flexible wet lab space, office and conference space, in addition to education, services, and connections for our resident companies. It offers emerging companies an environment that supports and understands the needs of startup technology companies. Some of the benefits offered by UEL include:
