Community Testimonials

Every year I see the effect that the New Markets Tax Credit program has on our projects. Whether it’s closing a funding gap caused by construction cost inflation, adding a wing to a hospital in desperate need of additional inpatient beds, or providing additional funding for an autism school to expand programming and diagnostic space, this program works. It creates jobs across all 50 states, bolsters community groups and develops low-income census tracts. It’s time to make this program permanent.
