In July 2011, Hampton Roads Ventures invested $9,730,000 in the Roanoke City Market Building, a Certified Historic Structure and former center of commerce and social interaction for downtown Roanoke.
Construction of affordable, for sale housing.
Development of 26,500 sq. ft. medical office building which has tripled the available physicians from two to six, provided a full-service state-of-the-art Outpatient Diagnostic Center, and a fully-equipped rehabilitation facility.
