The 44,000-sq. ft. Lighthouse for Children project created a new 15,000 sq. ft. child care center, 10,000 outdoor play space, 10,000 sq. ft. community learning center, 7,500 sq. ft. of
New community health facilities for two health care professional underserved communities of Sanger and Fowler
Finances construction of a 20,000 sq. ft. multi-structure office campus.
Phase 1 of the Village of Hope involved construction of four buildings to provide medical respite for homeless residents and apartment buildings for homeless veterans and homeless families.

NMTC financing used for the construction of the Concurrent Enrollment Middle School and Career Technical Education building, 42,809 sq. ft. development comprised of: 6 labs for each of the pathways,

A first-in-nation renewable energy operating business that uses Sierra Nevada forest waste as its feedstock to produce electricity.
Contruction of a Multi-use College Sportscomplex in the West Hills Community College District.
