Project Description

NMTC financing supported the construction of a new location for a federally qualified health center in rural Calumet, MI, that provides exceptional medical, dental and behavioral health care. The project allowed the regional healthcare provider to move forward in building a new flagship facility located on Willowcreek Road past Rt 6.

NorthShore Health Centers’ new Portage location is three stories and covers approximately 51,000 sq./ft. The additional space allows NorthShore to combine their three current locations in Portage.
