Project Description

The acquisition and adaptive reuse of an existing 14,901 sq. ft. commercial building and the construction of a new 10,000 sq. ft. addition. The newly remodeled existing building features therapy rooms, meeting rooms, private offices, open areas for cubicles, a break area and restrooms. The new 10,000 sq. ft. addition includes a 3,000 sq. ft. conference room and the remaining 7,000 sq. ft. will house six-to-seven nonprofit and county partner organizations.

The new facility will deliver comprehensive outpatient mental health services for children, transition-age youth, and pregnant/postpartum women and their children, including screening, diagnosis, treatment, and management of behavioral health conditions. Additionally, the project will create 34 construction jobs and create/retain 104 FTE. The project was completed and had its grand opening on October 21st, 2023.
