Project Description

NMTC financing supported the construction of a 76,000 sq. ft. YMCA that will offer expanded health and social impact programming for seniors, youth and families in downtown Piqua, OH. The new facility is expected to drive a 148% increase in health and social programming for seniors, youth, and families in addition to offering health programs, senior accessibility, financial assistance, the new facility will result in increased space for the basketball gym, swimming pool, and provide additional space for meetings and sports leagues.

The branch is expected to serve 7,727 guests each year and will eventually employ over 38 people. Of those full-time employees, 32 are existing positions and six are new.
