Yuma Landing Company (operator of the Historic Coronado Motor Hotel) has been in operation for over 80 years, the Historic Coronado Motor hotel provides services to tourists and travelers while also providing jobs to the local community. NMTC financing was be used for building improvements, refinancing existing debt to improve business cash flow and to pay associated closing costs.
