Rehabilitation of the former “craneway” building adjacent to the Sponsor’s existing Building 78, which will result in 90,000 sq. ft. of flexible office space targeted to small business including businesses that are working to develop and commercialize technologies and services that advance energy conservation, alternative energy, resiliency, storm water management and preservation, restoration of natural resources, as well as house small start-up and entrepreneurial companies
